HIV/AIDS
The top-ranked proposals in this section are drawn from various Federal grant competitions, primarily those administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’s Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).  Through the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act, HRSA makes grants to address the needs of people and communities affected by HIV and AIDS.  Proposals to programs administered by HRSA’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau, which makes grants for services to pediatric AIDS patients, are also represented.
